Founder & CEO Shazad Chohan is our central figure-head and responsible for all day-to-day running's of the company. Academically astute with an MBA from Manchester University and many years of Experience in Real Estate senior management; he initiated Dubai Dreamz after leaving another well respected real estate developer. His experience and vision is responsible for the success of Dubai Dreamz Group.

His Royal Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin nasser al Nuaimi being an important family member of Ajman Ruling family is also Chairman of other Group of Companies in United Arab Emirates, he has vast experience in construction & other real estate businesses, graduated from US and brings his wise knowledge and experience to Dubai Dreamz Group.

His Royal Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Saqr al rashid al Nuaimi is also an influential member of the Ajman Ruling family and is our partner in Ajman for our Villa Development projects and we partner his company Marwah Group for our Villa and Town houses Developments in Ajman. His company is instrumental in us acquiring raw land which we use for our own development and plot re-sale for other developers or real estate Investors.

Mr. Parvez Chohan has been with the company since its inception and was the first high net client to invest with Dubai Dreamz. After running two successful Telecommunications companies, Mr. Chohan joined us after seeing the success of his portfolio jump by 35% in only 2 months in the hands of Dubai Dreamz Ltd. He presently resides between Dubai and London and is responsible for international Business Development and investment in infrastructure.

Mr. Mohammed Sadeeq is a well respected head of Muslim community in UK and he also owns the Best Homes Cooperation, who are responsible For the multi-million pound Garden Villa Project in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. Best Homes is a subsidiary of Maples Group Property Investments, of which Mr. Sadeeq is Chairman. With offices in the London (UK) and Rawalpindi (Pakistan) he possesses over 24 years real estate experience and is one of our focal points for Our high net investor's database.

Ms. Saima Parvez another young and driven member of our team who works closely with our sales team and provides a supporting role to the PR department. Focused and knowledgeable she has a clear vision and works superbly with  assigned targets.

Mr. Riaz Dooley, with 28 years experience in journalism and Public relations Mr. Dooley is primarily responsible for enrolment of high net investors and hold a very active role on every event organised by Dubai Dreamz Ltd. 35% of our sales have come from these investor meetings which we control in a syndicate fashion for larger investments.
